1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JIBcare.com, calling our sales line, submitting a contact form, placing a deposit, or purchasing any product from JIB and Associates, Inc. ("JIBcare," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products & Services

JIB and Associates, Inc. distributes the following products:

• Curaco CareBidet — automated toileting system for bedridden adults
• ActiveCare medical beds and related bed models
• Patient lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, and related medical equipment
• Replacement consumables and accessories for the above products

All products are sold for use by adults. Products are not toys and must be operated by a trained caregiver or healthcare professional. JIBcare provides CNA training as part of the CareBidet Early Adopter package.

3. The 30-Day Trial Program — Full Terms

3.1 Deposit Structure

• $250 at sign-up — Reserves your unit and locks in the current promotional price. This deposit is refundable if you cancel before delivery. It becomes non-refundable upon delivery.
• $1,750 at delivery — Due upon delivery of the CareBidet system to your home. Together with the $250 sign-up deposit, this totals $2,000 which is non-refundable once paid.
• $13,600 security hold — A hold (not a charge) placed via ACH bank authorization, credit card authorization, or approved financing arrangement at the time of delivery. This amount is never charged during the 30-day trial period.

3.2 Trial Period

The 30-day trial period begins on the date of delivery. During this period you may use the CareBidet system in your home. CNA training is provided on day one of delivery at no additional charge (up to $750 travel covered by JIBcare).

3.3 At the End of the Trial — Your Two Options

3.4 Condition of Returned Equipment

Equipment must be returned in the same working condition as delivered, with all original components. Damage beyond normal wear, missing parts, or failure to return within the agreed timeframe may result in partial or full conversion of the security hold to cover replacement costs.

4. Pricing & Payment

• The current introductory price of $15,600 is available for the first 50 units sold. After 50 units, the standard price of $19,600 applies. Your deposit locks in the price at time of sign-up.
• All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable state or local taxes where required by law.
• Payment plans are available through Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, and FlexxBuy. Terms and approval are subject to each lender's requirements. JIBcare is not responsible for financing approval or denial.
• ACH payments require a valid US bank account. Credit card payments are subject to your card issuer's terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free FedEx ground shipping is included for all CareBidet orders within the Continental United States.
• Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days from sign-up deposit receipt, subject to availability.
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment and sign if required.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to your address.

6. Warranty

• Main Body Unit: 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
• Diaper Cup Assembly: 3-year limited warranty
• Motion Control Wrap: Expected replacement every 1.5 years — not covered under warranty as a consumable item
• Filters & consumables: Not covered — replaced on a scheduled maintenance basis

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from misuse, failure to follow care instructions, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact 1-877-449-8858.

7. Referral Program

• JIBcare pays a $1,000 referral commission per completed unit sale to registered referral partners.
• A "completed sale" means the referred customer has paid in full or entered an approved payment plan after the trial period.
• Referral commissions are not paid on returns. If a referred customer returns the unit during the trial, no commission is owed.
• Referral partners must sign a separate referral agreement. Commission payments are subject to that agreement's terms.
• JIBcare reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with 30 days notice to registered partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JIB and Associates, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

The CareBidet is a care assistance device — it is not a substitute for professional medical care. JIBcare does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding the suitability of any product for a specific medical condition.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JIB and Associates, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our products or website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of JIBcare products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Alameda County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to These Terms

JIB and Associates, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
