The $250 sign-up deposit is refundable if you decide not to proceed before delivery. Once the system is delivered and the $1,750 second deposit is paid, the $2,000 total is non-refundable — this is your commitment to the 30-day evaluation. The $13,600 security hold placed at delivery is always fully releasable if you return the system.
